Shipping Policy

 

All orders are sent with Royal Mail/DPD/DHL depending on the courier which you have selected at the checkout.

Please note that our warehouse is closed on bank holidays & weekends, and we do not dispatch on these days and are not factored into estimated delivery windows.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

For UK orders, they should arrive no later than 4 days after the dispatch date.

For International orders, they should arrive no later than 14 days after the dispatch date.

If your order has not arrived yet, we would recommend the following: 

  • Check the tracking on your order (a direct link can be found on the dispatch confirmation)
  • Contact your courier’s local depot to see if they can provide any additional information.
  • Contact us & we can help look into the delay of your order.

Please note, Royal Mail require 10 WORKING DAYS to pass before we can investigate any delays with them.

CANCELLATIONS / ORDER AMENDMENTS

If you would like to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us and we will be able to assist you.

Please note, refunds will take up to 3 working days to process once your order has been cancelled. 

Sadly, we are unable to amend any addresses once your order has been placed due to chargeback related reasons.

If you have made an error when submitting your shipping address e.g. (missing house number) and your order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to assist you.
